Dr. Shahin has been very helpful, knowledgeable and kind during every visit(around 3-5 times) I have been to his office. His secretary can come off as rude to people, however I don't let that bother me and I just follow through with what she says to avoid conflict. Dr. Shahin recently performed septoplasty surgery on me, so I am in the recovery phase looking forward to breathing better!

Dr. Shahin is an excellent Doctor. He is the most accommodating and knowledgeable specialist I've come across. Very satisfied with the level of care! . I'd strongly recommend him to everyone :) and I'm thankful to have a great doctor like him. :)

just seen this Doctor for a biopsy. I chew tobacco and left there feeling bad that I'm letting him down that i didn't quit chewing. He is not only a great caring loving doctor but i felt that he truly does care, that is a rarity nowadays. My wait was minimum but it's ok if i gotta wait cause he's the best. keep up the great quality of work Dr. Shahin

Take this review to be exact, I've been there many times. He is a busy doctor and takes time to listen to patients that creates a delay in his appointment times. The receptionist may come of rude only if you don't listen to instructions or say talking to her while she is on the phone, remember , the doctor is very busy and so is she. It would be annoying to me if I'm doing paperwork in computer and someone is chatting me up. All you need to do is give health card , go sit and wait to be called. If you have a question, wait till she is done and she will kindly attend to you. As for Dr.Shahin, he is great, he listens and he gives you correct information in regards to your problem as well as solution. He just did three surgeries on me at once and I have never felt better. With that being said, he is busy because he is a great doctor and with being busy unfortunely we have to wait.

The receptionist needs to go. How has she held down this job with all the complaints since at least 2010? Dr Shahin, I'm sure you can find a better receptionist, she is rude and her attitude is appauling.

I was lucky because I didn't have to talk to the receptionist everyone here are talking about. Instead, a very nice Asian receptionist helped me. She was SO POLITE, and I hope that next time I visit the clinic, I am greeted by her and not the white receptionist who seems to be upset with everyone. Dr. Shahin was very kind and knowledgeable. Don't worry about the receptionist...just go in with a positive attitude and a smile.

The lady receptionist is exactly how the last person described her...she is loud and rude. She yells at everyone. She has to go. Dr. Shahin has the audacity to make everyone wait 1.5 hours and told me when they made the appt if I didn't show, I would be charged. This is just a cash cow for the Dr. Shahin...doesn't he realize that missing work for all that time costs all taxpayers a ton of cash in productivity? Guess it is all about him!! Hang on...getting to the good stuff now. His main piece of equipment that is used to look up your nose is stored in a disinfectant - yellow, long container. I ask about it as it looks dirty. He says that it is changed every month. I pick it up and the bottom is coated with sludge and sediment...likely from everyone else's nose. That was the dirtiest and most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I may not be a doctor, but smart enough to know that the solution is NOT changed every month.

THE OLD UGLY LADY RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE!!!! I AM SO MAD BECAUSE SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT ASKING WHY I CALLED. I SPENT 48 MINUTES TO BE EXACT FOR CALLING MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED TIMES JUST TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FROM THE CLINIC. NO ANSWERING MACHINE, AND THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY!!!! FINALLY, SOMEONE ANSWERED AND IT WAS THE EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!! SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN I WAS TRYING TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. VERY ARROGANT. I'VE ALREADY SEEN HER IN THE CLINIC AND SHE WAS ALSO RUDE TO OTHERS WHEN I WAS THERE, VERY UNAPPROACHABLE. I HATE HER SOOOOO MUCH! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!

First of all, let's start with the receptionist. You can believe most of what is written in other reviews; she's arrogant, abrupt condescending, and just plain rude. Her behaviour is easily the most unprofessional that I've ever seen in a medical/business setting. On to Dr. Shahin; I was diagnosed with a deviated septum that was a partial cause of my sleep apnea. During my consultation/examination, Dr. Shahid took the time to listen to me and very thoroughly discuss the options that were available to me and did so in very plain language without a lot of medical jargon. We decided that septoplasty & turbinate cauterization would provide the best results.
